My uncle James died from malaria in February 2008, this November would have been his 47th Birthday. I grew up hearing about the kind and gentle giant he was, how I shared his smile, his curiosity and his empathy for others.He believed, as I do, that we have a duty to look out for one another and support our fellow man. Inspired by his memory and that shared belief,I will be running the Ultra Trail Kosciuszko 50km at the end of November to honour him and to help raise funds to fight malaria. more >>
