Angus cycles Japan - from Cape Soya to Cape Sata

Location The length of Japan, Japan 

I am setting off to cycle the length of Japan from it's most northerly point (Cape Soya on the island of Hokkaido) to its most southerly point (Cape Sata on the island of Kyushu). I will be doing this from the 22/09/2016 to the 17/12/2016. I have a vague route mapped out that looks to total about 2250 miles but this is likely to change based on tired legs, getting lost etc.
