Matthew's Ironman distance triathlon

On the 8th of September I'll be participating in the Henley Challenge, an Ironman distance Triathlon. It kicks off with a 3,800m swim in the Thames, then I'll jump on the bike for 180km on the bike and several hours later will commence the final leg, running a marathon (42.2km).

I'm estimating that this will take around 14-15 hours. Please help make the pain worthwhile!
