A few foolish souls in the Fisheries Research Services have decided to join some colleagues of University of Aberdeen in their honourable bravery of jumping into the North Sea in December (8 degrees C) to raise money for mosquito nets which will be distributed in malarial countries. This spectacle of lunacy/heroism aught to generate a fair bit of cash for the cause and a fair bit of laughter as a by-product.    more >>
