It went slowly.

Pre-swim:

Found out about swim for malaria pretty late on Thursday, so this is a sort of scrabbled together effort. I will swim at either the Leeds international (less turns) or if its too busy,.. I will go to Esporta. I will try and do a mile. http://www.accenture.com
