Post-swim update:

10 Swimtime venues accross the North West were used for The World Swim for Malaria from 1st to 7th December 2005.

1136 people swam including babies in our adult and child classes . So the age range of our swimmers was 6 months to 60 years young!

We estimate that we swam a combined total of around 100 kilometres!!!

And the best news of all is that we raised £1040.51 enough money to buy 346 mosquito nets and so hopefully save that many childrens' lives. more >>
