Everyone from Secretary to Chief Executive will be expected to swim to raise money for this preventable disease.

With Rob Mather a regular visitor in our building how could we not be caught up in his enthusaism and determination. In fact, I think we would all be too scared not too swim!

We are asking every person to aim to raise £100 with a company target of £10,000. We do not care how far each individual swims: it's the taking part that counts! http://www.capreg.com
