Post-swim update:

ISU students enrolled in Entomology/Microbiology 374 (Insects and Our Health) had the option of swimming against malaria in lieu of taking one of Dr. Bartholomay’s tough quizzes. In all, 8 swimmers (7 students and an accomplice), took the challenge. After many laps, the swimmers took a break to try their hands at “diving against malaria.” Sara and Maegen get the award for swimming the most laps - 108 each! They were in the pool for so long, the pool staff had to remind them that the pool had long since closed and they were still at it!
