With iron courage and a decent pair of swim shorts (not speedos!!), I will be braving the chilly depths of the Serpentine this Friday, 18th June all in the name of the Against Malaria Foundation. Please sponsor me in supporting this great cause in raising money to help combat Malaria which kills 1-3 million people per year.

The premise of AMF is simple, they buy bednet's which cost $5 each, and they go over heads and beds and are the most effective way of protecting people from being infected.    more >>
