The 22 members of the Millennium Institute High Performance and North Shore Senior swimming squads swim a long way in training each week!

So we thought we’d see if we could take our combined distances and over October/November, ‘Swim Across Africa’!

That’s 7,500kms top to bottom and we are going to try and raise NZ$7,500 between us which will buy 1,000 mosquito nets. If we manage it, they will save the lives of 50 children!"
