WEHI Swim for Malaria

The Walter & Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research (WEHI) is a leading centre for malaria research and participated in the World Swim for Malaria day on 3 December 2005, at North Melbourne Pool (Corner of Macaulay Rd and Arden St, North Melbourne)

We had a great day with 33 people swimming and many others coming along to support the day and have a BBQ. Collectively we swam 36.5 km which is more than twice the distance between the two institute campuses, WEHI Parkville to WEHI Bundoora, which is 16. more >>
